If you are looking for a reliable company to check your property while you are not staying in Spain, you have come to the right address. You can either subscribe to our services or pay by the hour.
Subscription Rates
Apartments: 30.00 per month (without VAT)
Villas* and houses: 45.00 per month (without VAT) *depending on the size
The subscription rate includes the following activities on a monthly basis:
- inspection
- rinsing of toilets and taps
- ventilating the entire property
- small repairs, without the cost of the materials used
Moreover, we will check your property extra in case of rain and wind.
For property situated outside the 10 km range from Empuriabrava, an extra kilometre fee of 0.40 per kilometre will be invoiced.
Hour Rates
Monday until Saturday between 08.00-20.00 hours
30.00 per hour (without VAT)
Sundays and all other hours
50.00 per hour (without VAT)
Minimum 1 hour will be charged.
